Materials: If any material used in your project is found to be defective or fails prematurely due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it.
2. What is Not Covered
The following are not covered under this guarantee:
Normal wear and tear: The guarantee does not cover wear and tear that naturally occurs over time, such as minor cracks from vehicle traffic, weather, or aging.
Damage caused by external factors: Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., severe flooding, earthquakes), heavy machinery, or any act of vandalism.
Improper maintenance: If the asphalt is not properly maintained, such as failing to reseal the surface as recommended or neglecting cracks, the guarantee may be voided.
3. Guarantee Terms
The 1-year guarantee is valid from the date of completion of the project.
